All three of our rentals are located in Puyallup, Washington.
Rental 1: 4 bed 2.5 bath w/ bonus room, 2340 sq ft home. It has a 3 car garage and a fully fenced in backyard. Property is unfurnished.
Rental 2: 3 bed 2.5 bath w/ 2nd floor office, 1847 sq ft home. It has a 2 car garage and a large fully fenced in backyard. Property is fully furnished and has 4 beds total (king bed in primary bedroom, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds)
Rental 3: 4 bed 2.5 bath w/ 1st floor office, 2291 sq ft home. It has a 3 car garage and a sizable full fenced in backyard w/ outdoor fire pit and seating area. Property is fully furnished and has 5 bed total (king bed in primary bedroom, queen bed, twin bed, and 2 full size beds)
Rental 1 is a long term rental (over 1 year). Rentals 2 and 3 are fully-furnished medium term rentals (30 days and longer).
Rental 1 is an unfurnished long term rental. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and landscaping.
Rentals 2 & 3 include all furnishings, all utilities (electricity, water, gas, sewer, garbage, internet), and landscaping.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the properties. We ask that this be done in the backyard areas if needed.
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. A pet fee will apply.
